Mono Wire for Spliting Machines

Plastic Coated Wires, which can make very thin cutting of natural stones are manufactured with the sinterized beads 4,3 mm-5,3 mm and vacuum brazed (MSL) beads. These plastic coated diamond wires are used for splitting the marble slabs.

Very thin cut stones are strengthened with aluminium sheet. With the help of the application called Honeycomb, the stone is strengthened and lightened. So, more efficient use of raw material can be achieved and this brings a remarkable benefit especially in costly precious natural stones. These stone products are preferred in special furniture design and decoration applications.
