Calibrator rings are manufactured in various designs and diameters with reference to the machine specifications the ring to be used.

Diamond segments are welded to the rings by silver brazing method. Balance adjustment of the ring  are made by fully automatic machines.

Our standard calibration segment size: 8x10x24 mm.

Calibrator Parts are used by screwing the calibrator plate.
It is also possible to manufacture specially designed calibrator parts by technical drawing of the parts.

Screw Type Calibration Plates are specially designed with reference to customer application requirments. Diamond segments are mounted on the plate by screw and this feature provides a convenience to the user to replace the diamond segments.
